Vegan Parmesan

This delicious vegan parmesan cheese can be made in batches and stored in the refrigerator. It is a great source of vitamin b12 due to the nutritional yeast and contains healthy fats and protein from the cashews. I like it on pasta, veggies, just about anything! Try this on top of Rabia’s Pasta.
Ingredients
3/4 cup raw cashew
3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
3/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in food processor
2. Process for about 30 seconds until finely ground
3. Store in glass jar in refrigerator
4. Sprinkle on pasta, veggies, just about anything and enjoy!
Notes and Adjustments!
Feeling creative? Add in a bit of chili powder for a spicy parmesan!
